These terms apply to the Forma website and browser workspace. By accessing or using Forma, you agree to follow them.

The service

Forma's public website provides product information and screenshots of its invoice and quotation workspace. The workspace is not available to public visitors. The public sign-up, sign-in, password-help, and early-access pages show account and plan request flows. They do not create or authenticate accounts, save form submissions, send email, process payments, or start subscriptions.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Use Forma only where you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for the information you enter and for having permission to use any names, contact details, logos, or other material you add. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass its security, or access systems or data without authorization.

Your documents and content

You are responsible for checking the accuracy and completeness of every invoice, quotation, and PDF before sharing it. Confirm the amounts, tax, dates, payment terms, and any legal requirements that apply to your work. Forma is not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

Storage and backups

Workspace information is stored in browser storage on your device. It does not sync to a server or another device, and Forma does not keep a backup. Clearing browser site data or resetting the workspace can remove saved information. Download and keep copies of documents you need.

Plans and billing

The Pricing page lists Starter at $0 per month, Professional at $12 per month, and Business at $29 per month. Features marked as planned are not available in the current workspace. The public forms do not charge a payment method or start a subscription.

Intellectual property

The Forma name, branding, website design, and original materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Third-party materials and software remain subject to their own licenses.

Availability and changes

The website and workspace may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. Forma may update these terms as the service changes. The date below shows when this version was last updated.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Forma is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. You decide whether the service is appropriate for your needs.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Forma operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or workspace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
