Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Forma handles, how it is used, and what choices are available when you use the website and browser workspace.

Information entered in the workspace

Where the workspace is available, it can store business settings, logo data, client details, invoices, and quotations in local storage in the browser you use. The application uses that information to display and edit the workspace. It does not send workspace records to a Forma server or sync them to another device.

Information entered in public forms

Sign-up, sign-in, password-help, and early-access forms handle the values you enter in the open page only. The forms do not send those values to Forma or save them in browser storage. They are cleared when you leave or reload the page. Your browser may apply its own autofill or form-saving settings.

Information processed to deliver the website

The website hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, browser and device details, the page requested, and the time and result of the request. Those providers handle this information under their own policies.

How information is used and shared

Forma uses workspace information to provide the browser features you choose. The application does not connect its forms or workspace to a database, analytics service, advertising platform, payment processor, authentication provider, or email service. The hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information as described above.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Where the workspace is available, its information stays in browser storage on your device until you remove it, reset the workspace, or clear the browser's site data. Forma does not maintain a backup of this information. Form values are not retained by the application after you leave or reload the page. Hosting providers may retain technical information under their own policies.

PDF files

Invoice and quotation PDFs are generated in your browser and downloaded to your device when you choose to do so. The application does not receive a copy of a downloaded PDF.

Security

Local browser storage is not encrypted by Forma. Anyone with access to your unlocked browser profile may be able to view its contents. Avoid entering sensitive information. Download and keep your own copies of important documents.

Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. If the workspace is available, you can edit or remove its data in Settings or clear this site's data in your browser. Form values are not stored by the application. For a request about technical information processed by the hosting provider, contact the organization operating Forma.

Children

Forma is designed for business use and is not directed to children. Do not use the workspace to enter information about a child.
